Chesterfield Sports Complex

About the Development

Mia Rose Holding is partnering with Chesterfield Sports Association to develop a new state-of-the-art indoor multi-court volleyball and basketball complex in Chesterfield Valley. The modern facility will provide much-needed court space and additional recreational facilities for St. Louis youth as well as attract local and regional sporting events and tournaments, generating jobs and tourism dollars for local businesses.

The new fieldhouse also will help St. Louis build upon its rich sports history, which boasts great facilities for professional athletes, but is currently lacking modern facilities for youth sports. As the largest youth volleyball and basketball facility in St. Louis, the new complex will attract an estimated 900,000 visitors each year to its clinics, camps, leagues and tournaments. More than 1,000 athletes will practice, train and play games there weekly.

The primary tenants and partners include High Performance – STL, the largest volleyball club in the region; Stratman Sports, the largest volleyball tournament and league organizer in the region; Missouri Phenom Basketball, a youth development club on the Nike EYBL circuit; and CNR Basketball, the biggest basketball league organizer in the region.
