ST. LOUIS, MO – St. Louis-based developer Mia Rose Holdings and
Arkansas-based general contractor, ERC Construction Group, have
announced PURE Springdale, a 16-building “live, work, play”
multi-family community in the Northwest Arkansas city of Springdale.
The project includes new construction of 234 one-and-two bedroom
apartment units on 13.7 acres visible from 1-49 and conveniently
located near Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital, Northwest
Arkansas Naturals Stadium and several new corporate office buildings
on the surrounding land. The team will break ground this Spring and
is scheduled to complete Fall 2022.
“With the shift towards working at home during the pandemic, PURE
Springdale is designed to provide residents with not only a home but
also a home office. Through a thoughtful and progressive design, our
vision is to create a special community that feels like an exclusive
neighborhood where people can connect with themselves and others,”
said Tom Kaiman, Founding Principal of Mia Rose Holdings, LLC.
“Extensive community amenities will allow residents the convenience
to work and exercise without ever leaving their apartment community.
”
PURE Springdale will feature walking trails, three ponds, a
resort-inspired pool, a 1,300-square-foot fitness center with
club-quality equipment, a technology lounge/business center, gated
dog park, numerous greenspace gathering areas featuring grills and
seating for intimate gatherings and professional landscaping using
locally popular vegetation.
“Springdale is a growing community in need of unique housing that
will set this city apart from others located in the growing
Northwest Arkansas metro area. The location is considered to be
within the Northwest Arkansas metro area’s main thoroughfare, yet
offers residents a unique, apartment-community feel that is not
currently available in this area of Springdale. PURE Springdale is
about creating the feeling of home within the business mecca,” said
Rob Coleman, President at ERC Construction Group, LLC.
PURE Springdale will include 163 one-bedroom units and 71
two-bedroom units spread across 234,000-square-feet in 16
three-story buildings. Five high-end and uniquely designed building
styles will feature spacious interiors and well-designed floor
plans. All units will have washers and dryers, ENERGY STAR-rated
kitchen appliances, energy-efficient mechanical systems, upgraded
interior finishes and window coverings. Single-car garages will be
available for 32 residents at an additional fee. The architect is
Courtyard Building and Block, LLC, the Engineer of Record is Crafton
Tull and the Property Manager is Trinity Multifamily.
Northwest Arkansas (NWA) is a growing metropolitan area and region
within the Ozark Mountains. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, NWA
was the 13th fastest-growing metro area in the nation between 2010
and 2019. Four of the ten largest cities in Arkansas are located
here: Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. Situated in
both Washington and Benton counties, Springdale is the
fourth-largest city in Arkansas with a population of more than
81,000.
PURE Springdale marks the first joint venture project between Mia
Rose Holdings and ERC Construction Group, LLC. The firms anticipate
future projects together in the near future in various locations
throughout the United States.
