In addition to multi-family and mixed-use developments in St. Louis and nationally, MRH has a strong niche developing and consulting for ice rinks and other athletic facilities. This expertise grew out of Founding Principal Tom Kaiman’s professional hockey career.
The Maryville University Hockey Center, a state-of-the-art ice and multi-sport facility, is being developed in Chesterfield Valley to replace Hardees IcePlex, which was sold and demolished in Spring 2017. The MUHC will provide much needed ice time and recreational facilities for St. Louis youth and adults and attract local and regional sporting events and tournaments, generating jobs and tourism dollars for local businesses. It will also help St. Louis maintain and build upon its reputation as a first-tier hockey and sports town. The new complex is a public-private partnership and will be owned and operated by Chesterfield Hockey Association, a non-profit organization.

Located in Wentzville Missouri, The Grand Central Modern Apartments at The Junction is a mixed-use apartment community designed for residents to live, play and relax. The vision of the development was to blend into the downtown historical theme of the area and support the need of additional housing in the fastest growing city in the state of Missouri.
